To all of our clients and stakeholders,

I know you’re being inundated with emails like this and I have been reluctant to add to the heap, but it’s time to talk about how we’re going to be working through the current health emergency. I want all of you to be well-informed and as comfortable with the plan as possible.

First, you need to know that we’re going to continue operations almost as usual. We are aware of the profound privilege we’re able to exercise by working remotely and, in accordance with national recommendations, that’s what we’re going to do. We plan to turn in-person meetings into virtual ones, use phone calls and emails to plan strategies, accept and send documents digitally whenever possible, and utilize touchless paper exchanges when needed.

For those of you who are used to seeing us regularly we will spend this week contacting each of you to make a plan that serves your individual needs. For those of you who are already primarily remote clients, nothing will change.

Secondarily, many of you are in business segments that might be profoundly affected by current events. We want to help implement strategies to enable a temporary pivot and hopefully help smooth the changes to revenue that could be coming. If you have any questions please let us know, and we’ll be reaching out to you as well.

In short, we’re at work, we’re going to be handling all the regular projects, and we want to talk about new needs, ideas, or concerns. Things will not be business as usual for a while, so let’s support each other while we work through this emergency and practice creative problem solving for the many everyday issues that are going to come up.

Best,
Cora
